Once upon a blog ...

Whooooshhh!!! That's the sound of this school year flying by. I can't believe it's already November. WOW! 

 So what are we learning about this term?

 Once Upon a Time: Writing Your Own Fairy Tale by: Nancy Loewen


In Literacy today, we started looking at fairy tales and I would like to hear about your favourites.
When you are describing your favourite fairy tale, remember to include some of the things that we touched on in class. 

 Also remember to say why it is your favourite.

    Hi its funmi and i just want to tell you my favourite fairytale with is called little red ridding hoodm j a little summary about it here i go once upon a time there lived a girl named little red riding hood she lived in the woods with her mother and her father. One day her grandma called in sick saying she needed her mom to make her special soup so her mother did and sent little red ridding hood to deliver it to her but unfortunetly it wasnt her grandmother she met the it was a big bad wolf who tried to play as her but little red ridding hood fell for it but to the luck of her hope her dad came to rescue her and her grandmother who was tied to a chair in the cupboard he cut the big bad wolf in to half and the lived happily ever after the end thanl you for listening and also i like this book beacause although it has a happy bit and a sad bit it all shows a sign of love to me

    Hi my name is Ridwaan this is a summary about the three little pig
    Three little pigs leave home to seek their fortunes. Two pigs build their houses of flimsy materials. The wolf blows down their houses and eats them up. The third pig builds his house out of brick, which the wolf cannot blow down. The wolf then asks the pig to get turnips, pick apples, and go to the fair. Each time the pig goes an hour earlier, tricking the wolf. At the fair, the pig sees the wolf. The pig escapes by rolling home in a butter churn. The wolf comes to the pig's house, climbs onto the roof, and jumps into a pot of boiling water.

    Hello ladys and gentalmens my name is Tosan,And i wanted to tell u a little about my favourite fairytale im gonna tell u it now ...... My favourite fairytale is Cinderella because she looked really pretty and over looked all the other girls she was the most cutest girl there and i like the fairytale because it TOOK MY HEART AWAY i was really heart broken when i heard she had been srubbing the floor and doing all the washing up she is as beautiful to be the queen now im gonna tell u abit about the tale .... Once upon a time lived a little girl called Cinderella she had been doing all the work as what her wicked stepsisters told her to do she had beautiful blond hair which had to get all muddy and sticky ....     hi my name is fiazana and my favorite story and its really sort.its called hide and seek.its about a little pig that has journeys around the world,and he as to tries and find his teddy. he goes to different country like china.he explore the hole of china.he find out different music and food.then at the end he find out that its bed time.what dose he find his his TEDDY!!

    My name is Omotola and my favourite fairytale is snow white, because of she had seven dwarfs who stayed with her and defended her and gave her a place to live. Her step mother who told a guard to kill her, because she looked more prettier than her step mother.

    Hello my name is Tosan, do you want to know a little about my second best fairytale ...... I thought you would anyway it is called Snow white because she looked like a really pretty girl also my favourite bit is when the Evil queen had dies because she put posion in the apple and tried to give it to Snow white but Snow white took the right one and the queen took the one wid the posion ... My dislike is when she went up to Snow white and hit her head with an apple and laughed and when the mirror said she was the prettiest of them all she was getting really mad at the mirror Thank u everyone ,class and whoever comes on this brillant blog

    Hi Miss Williams, I have got a poem to share its called snow white. The queen is fair the mirror bright its says her name but thinks snow white. For as evil as her but heart painted back nothing will stay as evil as that. Her beauty riegns in a castle tall in the dark in its walls. He took her to his land as queen then joined thier land and thoose between and all rejoiced and all was well for the land was now peace.

    hello my favretie fairy tale is narnia becuase it is about five children play hide and seek One of them goes throgh a wadrobe and into a magical world named narnia of course his brothers and siters come after Evlen the young boy.the snow witch takes him to casle but then his brothers and sisters save him. The End.

    Hi Miss Williams and my favourite fairy tale is The Three Little Pig.The reason why I like The three little pig because I like the fact the third had ended the Wolf.I learned is that never build a house out of straw and sticks.

    Good Evening to 5 Blue and all of you bloggers out there i am going to share with you my very own creative but with talent fairy poem named The Cinderella here i go
    I guess you think you know this story

    WELL YOU DONT THE REAL ONE`S ARE MUCH MORE GORY

    The phoney one,you know

    WAS COOKED UP YEARS AGO

    and made to sound all sweet and sappy

    JUST TO KEEP US CHRILDREN SO HAPPY

    mind you they got the first

    THE UGLY SISTERS JEWS AND ALL

    were departed from the palace ball

    WHILE DARLING LITTLE CINDERELLA

    was locked up in a slimey celler

    WHERE RATS WHO WAANTED THINGS TO EAT

    began to nibble at her feet

    SHE BELLOWED 'HELP'! AND LET ME OUT

    the magic fairy heard her shout

    APPEARING IN A BLAZE OF LIGHT

    she said my dear are you alright

    'ALRIGHT'? CRIED CINDY

    'i feel as rotten as can be

    SHE BEAT HER FIST AGAINST THE WALL

    and shouted, get me to the ball

    My favourite fairy tale is THE THREE LITTLE PIGS because it is funny, especially when the big bad wolf falls into the third little pig’s cooking pot and runs out in a flash. But my real favourite scene is when the third little pig puts up the sign PIGS ARE WELCOME, WOLVES ARE NOT, VISITING WOLVES WILL BE PUT IN THE POT!!
